Salix, Iowa Ghost Tales

I was sitting outside my house and you can see the park from there. I started seeing figures dressed in white dancing around the merry-go-round, then I saw a little boy at the top of the slide, and he would slide down. Then there was a person in a black hoodie at the bottom of the slide, and he would start walking to the left. And everything I saw, my friend saw also.

Daylight in Salix, Iowa is exactly the same as daylight anywhere else in the United States of America, but this settlement has creepy mysteries veiled in the night. Some of the deceased decline to rest in peace

in this city. People who have never spent the night in this city will say to you it's untrue, but if you have the courage to stay an extra day in Salix, you could catch a glimpse of a ghost for yourself.

These
are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a man with half his head missing has occasionally been made out startling folks in Bigelow State Park before dawn. If you listen to what the local residents argue, this spirit is that of a local resident who had a home here in Salix long ago.

A decapitated lady is sometimes spotted by Big Whisky Creek crying out names. In any case, this ghost indisputably is bloodcurdling; one that is preferably not upset.

The ghost of a 10 feet high enormous guy has been said to have been distinguished on one or two occasions watching TV in a Salix living room at midnight.
