You would believe that there's nothing peculiar concerning Shenandoah, Iowa, but the ghost stories conveyed by the local residents are enough to make anyone think twice about stopping by in this place. Furniture dance around, noises coming out of the darkness. Doubters don't believe in the local ghost stories, but Shenandoah is packed with stressed souls just waiting to scare you.

Regardless of what people exclaim, it's undeniably a scary ghost that is better
  not disrupted.

The ghost of a guy in an army outfit was made out at a public phone in Shenandoah using the phone. The ghost did not appear to be worried by the bystanders.

A female with a spear sticking out of her head appeared going bananas in Viking Lake State Park right by the ranger station. The phantom waved to the watcher.

The ghost of a woman with a plastic bag bound around her head was noticed staggering through a Shenandoah area churchyard. When the phantom was perceived it vanished into the thin air.

A fairly see-through man outfitted as the captain of a craft showed up obliterating a shoe right by Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail. Panic stricken by the viewers the ghost faded away into the dark. People who have witnessed this ghost claim this ghost is that of a local person who dwelled here in Shenandoah some decades ago.

The ghost of a young-looking gentleman wearing a confederate uniform was made out guzzling blood from a mug down a deserted road near Shenandoah at the stroke of midnight. This exact
ghost has been spotted very often in this spot.
