Anyway, there was definitely a ''presence'' there of some sort. My harmonious family of four eventually moved away, and weeks later the place caught on fire. Damaged the house enough to force the new tenants out, then be fixed up again. There was a male ghost, I believe -- he used to sit or stand in a corner of my room some nights. Also, he called to my little sister one night, leading     her into the basement to sleep (it took us some time to find her - she was maybe 4 or 5 and wouldn't go down there on her own!). Just always that feeling of 'someone watching,' etc. Noises upstairs or in the attic. Anyway, I still think of that house fondly and wonder if the people who live there now have had any experiences?.
