Submitted by C       Category: While on patrol on Thursday June 14 2001 at 1:20am; I saw several people around a fire between two houses. Private fires are currently     not permitted so I stopped to ask them to extinguish it. The closer I got to the fire the less I could see the people; until from about 20 feet the people and the fire were gone ''vanished'' no evidence of fire. The owner of the House House closest to me claims that he had not noticed a thing although he was on his porch the whole time.
