When I was about 7 or 8 years old I awoke one night to see a figure of a woman standing in my bedroom doorway. I thought it was my mom but when I called out and didn't get a response I covered up and went back to sleep. When I asked my mom about it in the morning she said it wasn't her. Also there is one room in the house that is always cold     even after my parents completely gutted the room and put in new thicker insulation. It was in this room that my step-brother and my son Many years apart heard and seen the closest door open and close as if someone was walking thru. That closet use to be the entrance to the basement before the house was added on to.
