Things slide about, speech coming out of the thin air. Several residents argue these descriptions are not true, but the struggling souls of Barnum are all too real. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a man in a law enforcement uniform can every so often be noticed traveling on a steed next to a road near Barnum. The ghost of an elderly guy with a large gray beard was noticed enjoying the view at Ninefeldt Pool Dam before sunrise. Several reports of this phantom have been described. A number of people allege this ghost is the stressed soul of a long dead Barnum local person. A       female with a spear sticking out of her head emerged by King Creek demolishing a book.
