Benson, Minnesota Ghost Tales When I was just a young girl living in Benson, my Mom would hear me talking to myself and playing with someone that I was having a conversation with.  She would come in my room and ask me who I was talking to and I would ask, ''Don't you see the little girl in the yellow dress?''  She would say, ''No.''  And we would never talk about it until the next time it happened. It's been alleged that this individual ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was murdered while journeying through Benson many years ago. The ghost of an elderly sorceress may be made out time and again in Benson Park before dawn grasping a skull. In any case, it in all certainty is a terrifying ghost that you do not want to meet after midnight.
