The old House we rented was in complete disrepair due to the negligence of our slumlord of a landlord. Our children started seeing the ghost first. He was an older Man with a White bathrobe. They all saw him... Walk thru Walls etc. There was also a presence of children there too. I would hear children playing upstairs when no one else was Home balls bouncing giggles... We     lived there about 7 years. Nothing really scared me except the basement. Creepy down there. Supposedly the original House burned to the ground sometime in the 40's. I am glad to get out of that place for Many reasons.
