I Personally know the old man, he is a respected aquaintance, that resides within the Junk Yard in Dayton, as creepy as he may appear, I Assure you he is no ghost, He does live there,'' IF YOU TRESPASS HE WILL NO HESITATE TO SHOOT YOU''! Local authorities know him, and regularly patrol outside his residence.
