I happened to be on the computer. When I turned my head, I saw a teenager girl looking right into the window. Her long black hair looked wet and looked

like it had not been brushed in a while. She was wearing what appeared to be an outfit from the 1940s. I approached the window. She saw me coming, so she ran across the street going south inbetween two houses across the street and vanished. She does appear only when there's a storm.
