Fulda, Minnesota Ghost Tales

There was this one time in our new house when my brother said he was in his room laying down on his bed and the light was on. When he looked over by the door, he saw a hand creep inside his room and shut the light off. He described the person to look like he was in all black, so that next morning, he asked us about it and we said we didn't turn his light off so it was really weird.

My mom and I have had a lot of experiences with ghosts at one of our old houses down by a lumber yard. For instance, one night, my mom was outside putting our dog back into her kennel and when she was walking back to the house, she heard a noise and turned around. When she turned around, she was facing a older man with a long black coat on that reached to the bottom of his feet. He had hard, heavy boots on and his face was covered so all you could see was his glowing eyes. My mom just stood there. The man waved her goodbye, walked away, and disappeared into thin air.
Another time, my mom was coming upstairs from our basement, which

is where we used to do our laundry. It's said that a man and a women hung themselves in that very basement. I've never trusted myself to go down there, even with someone. It was too scary, too dark, and too cold. You lost your breath so easily. Anyway, when she was coming up the stairs, she felt this sharp pain run down her back, spine, and hips. She
said it felt like someone hit a pressure point and just stabbed her so quickly that it went away 5 seconds later, but it was very painful. That same day, she was in the kitchen making super. She went to the sink to wash her hands and when she was done, she turned the sink off. She went outside to check on my brother and I. We were playing on the swing set in our yard and when my mom came back inside, the water was running. My mom had sworn she turned it off when she left, but she could have second guessed it with no one else being home at the time besides us being outside, but she was with us the entire time.
Another night my mom was in my parents bedroom. My dad was working over-time that night, so he usually got home really early in the morning, around 3 and he usually sits down on the side of his bed to take his shoes off and get into bed. Well, my mom said that she was lying down on the bed and she was facing the wall. She felt my dad's side of the bed go down (they have a water bed), so she turned over, thinking it was my dad, and the
pressure let off and he wasn't there.
One morning, it was about 5 and my mom was getting ready for work. She just got out of the shower and was getting dressed when she heard the voice of one of her friends downstairs. She used to car pool a lot with her friends and it was her friend Mary's friend to drive, but she usually didn't show up until 6, so my mom went into my room to see what time it was and it was only quarter to. My mom yelled down the stairs ''I'll be right down Mary'' and hurried getting ready. When she was all done and ready, she went downstairs and there was no Mary there. She said when she picked her up that morning around quarter after 6, she asked her if she was at our house that morning. She said she wasn't and my mom said she could have sworn it was Mary's voice that she heard. Not long after, Mary passed away...
There's another time when the entire family was sitting in the living room. We had the computer out in the other room and it was in clear view of where I was sitting, so I was looking over there and I saw the chair move back, the board move out, and the screen go on. Then instantly, right behind me, the plastic screen that we had over our window went flying up and scared the crap out of me. I screamed and literally jumped into my parents lap. A few nights later, we put up our Christmas tree and I must have woke up from sleeping. It was around 1 in the morning and when I looked around my room, everything was as still as ever. I walked out of my room and when I was heading down the stairs, all I could see around me was dead bodies surrounded by people in all black crying. It was like they were at a funeral and when I walked passed each person, a look of glee came onto their faces and they started saying my name, asking how I was, etc. That same night, I found myself waking up again and only this time, I heard one of my brother's calling my name downstairs and just like my mom, when I got downstairs, no one was to be seen.
I've also came across hearing whispers and voices in my room, along with being in bed and seeing figures, outlines, and having ''creatures'' tuck me in, touch me, etc.One night, we were also sitting in our living room and our power went out. It was off for almost two days and when I looked outside that night, I saw a man in all black coming down a ladder from our pole with a pair of huge scissors like what most people use to cut bushes. When someone finally came to our house to check it out, they came to the conclussion that our power line was cut.
I've had many uncomfortable experiences and feelings in the house before. I don't just think it's fear. I think it's something real.
Then in the house we now live in, not much goes on. I just get so many weird feelings going through the house in the dark and I'm usually home alone, so it's really scary sometimes because it's like the fear of our old house has come with me when we left. Going into our basement is kind of just one of those feeling like the old house.
