A local woman declares that this ghost is in all probability the struggling ghost of a local person who used to dwell here in Miltona. The spirit of a guy with half his head gone was spotted taking pleasure in the panorama at Miltona Lake Dam in the early morning hours. The spirit saluted the bystander. One of the residents decisively   alleges that this spirit is the struggling soul of a former Miltona resident. The spirit of a young-looking woman sporting a bloody wedding dress was perceived in the rear seat of a Jeep by the driver spotting the spirit in her rear view mirror late at night. When the phantom was observed it vanished into the air. Regardless of what people articulate, it's a chilling ghost that any reasonable person wouldn't wish to bump into.
