I was staying at my cousin's house a few years back. In their back yard there is a whole bunch of junk cluttered around everywhere. One of many things there was an old school bus that we would always go into just to sit down, talk, and get away from our parents. One night we were sitting in the front of the school bus in the first couple of seats; one of my cousins heard a noise in the back of the bus that sounded like pop cans rattle. We always drank pop there and never did dispose of our cans so we just left them back there. We got a little scared because everyone that we knew of was on the bus, and not even a moment later we saw these glowing red eyes staring at us. We all screamed and ran off the bus. When we were running, a young boy stood up and chased after us. He was only a black outlined figure and had the reddest eyes that you could see for miles. One of my cousins was right by me, and she tripped over a rock. I tried to help her up, and we looked back and saw him coming towards us. All we could really think of doing was screaming. She got up, and we ran inside. We looked out the window by their front porch, and he went walking back to the bus.
That night, we were outside once again, and we were sitting on the back of a truck. My cousins have this barn in the back of their yard, and the very top part is almost always open because they did not use it much anymore. One time, as if by accident, one of us looked up and saw those glowing red eyes staring down at us again and we instantly froze. No single part of our body could even move. That same night, we were in my cousin's room, and we were all in our pajamas and just sitting there talking. Her bedroom window is basically in the front of their house. The lights went out and before we turned them back on, we saw the glowing red eyes peeking through the window. We screamed and ran out of the room crying to our parents, but they did not believe us. Then a few hours later when everyone in the house but us were asleep, we heard footsteps coming down the hallway. The floors squeak a lot in their house, and when we looked down at the bottom of the door, we saw a shadow. The lights went out in the hallway and those glowing red eyes that we saw that night peered right through. It was the scariest thing I have ever seen.

I grew up in Monticello. I lived there for the first 26 years of my life. When I was a teenager my older sister lived in a trailer in River Terrace Trailer Court. Her trailer was located very close to the cemetery. Neither of us ever felt safe in that trailer. The radio would turn on and off by itself, and we would always hear knocking and footsteps.
One night my sister was home alone with her infant daughter and was awaken by what sounded like a horrific car crash. She ran from her bed only to find nothing. Then out of nowhere her radio went on by itself full blast.
Another night my friend and I stayed there alone to babysit over night. We were awoken after midnight by knocking on the back of the trailer which was feet from the cemetery fence. We ran from that back bedroom with the baby and slept in the living room at the other end of the trailer for the rest of the night.
