Custom Search Northfield, Minnesota Ghost Sightings Northfield PAGE 1   2   3     St. Olaf college has got to be a hot spot for haunting. I researched and read about this school's ghosts because my mom works there and I am hooked to the paranormal. There is one Story that I haven't been able to find so I will Tell it now my way. So my mom is a librarian at st. Olaf library. The place is beautiful outside and on the main floor but when in the actual library(which has Many floors) it can seem a little     tight or enclosed. Since the school and its grounds are so old in general I asked my mom if she knew of any ghosts in the area and though she has not seen it there is one she told me about. An old lady apparently. She has been seen in apparition form muttering grumpily as she touches and stares at the books on a shelf. People have gone up to books and seen them switched around. I think that the lady is a former librarian and is not Happy with the way books are being placed on the shelves.
