In a nutshell this is my spooky story. My Friend and I were sitting in the basement about Midnight carrying on a conversation. Both of us at the same time clearly heard footsteps Cross the floor and stop in the     middle of the room. Our conversation shifted to the spookiness of the noise and how if you sat in silence you could hear a ''party'' taking place in the next room. A Neon light which was plugged in but never worked for months would turn on and off as if responding to things we would say and answering our questions we would ask our ''visitor''. This went on for about an hour. Although we seemed to get information about a fire and a drowning victim I can't find anything about it. The whole thing ended when the water softner behind me started and scared the living   (continued on the next page...)
