Saint Cloud, Minnesota Ghost Tales | |
|
|
I think some of these stories are from another St. Cloud. I lived in St. Cloud MN, and never heard of any of these. As a student at SCSU, I am surprised that you have none of those stories listed. Or the Skatin' Place. I never saw the ghost (Gilbert) at the Skatin Place, but when I was around 6 or 7, some weird stuff went on. There was a loud crash, and everyone went running out of there. When we got out, my friend asked me to help her look for the kid that pushed the table stand over. We looked and never found him. A couple days later she told one of our other friends what the kid looked like, and our friend asked if he was wearing a green sweater that looked wet. Her eyes got big and she nodded. Our friend said it was Gilbert. Who knows I attended a ''contact ritual'' when I was at SCSU. It was in Shoemaker. We were trying to make the floating girl appear. The clock on the nightstand went haywire (Showing impossible numbers eg-72:61, and 52:90) and we thought it was fake, until four of us looked at our watches. The regular clock (one with

hands) was spinning around in circles-like in the movies, and the rest of us all had digital watches. Ours were doing the same thing that the clock on the nightstand was! We've also seen crazy lights flashing on and of at Lawrence-even though it is abandoned. And I was told Riverview, North Shoemaker were both haunted and my friend swears she saw the

ghost of a soldier in what she thinks is a Civil War uniform. Unfortunately, I have no pictures to prove it. . Submitted by St.Cloud local Categories: sounds, boys, lights
At about 9:40 p.m. at Calvary Hill Cemetery straight up from second entrance at the back side we first saw a human like figure stand up from a headstone and shortly after it stood up it swayed back and forth like a dead man hanging from a noose. Then about half and hour later we heard 2 ghostly voices talking right behind us. It sounded like a man and woman talking. Submitted by anonymous Categories: cemetery, voices, man, lady
