While the sun shines Welcome, Minnesota is equal to any other United States settlement, but if you are easily startled, you'd better stay at a safe distance from this town during the night time. Some of the dead and buried refuse to stay underground in this town. Folks who have never spent the night in this town will let you know it's lies, but not all the inhabitants of Welcome are really alive.

The spirit of an elderly Indian chief has repeatedly been observed relaxing on a bench in a mobile home near Welcome.

A dark snake that turned into a female is frequently observed by Mud Slough throwing chunks of concrete. A local resident alleges that this ghost is the undead spirit of a long gone Welcome local.

The spirit of a young female clad as a maid has purportedly been perceived on a handful of occasions looking at the water by Eagle Lake Dam in the early morning hours.

    late at night sprinting after a passing Pontiac on a shady highway next to Welcome. Whatever folks exclaim, it's a frightening ghost that you shouldn't go trying to find.

A terrifying beast may be noticed repeatedly at Cedar Creek before sunrise hurling bricks into the flow. One thing's for guaranteed, it's without a doubt a frightening ghost that should be let alone.
