Regardless of what, this is a bad ghost that any reasonable person would not want to come across. A female holding her head by her arm can every now and then be witnessed taking a rest at the kitchen counter in a Williams house. A number of of the people here claim this ghost is the struggling soul of a long dead Williams local person. The spirit of a young female dressed in a blood-covered dress has regularly been spotted in a secluded neighborhood next to Williams. If you listen to the folks who live here, this spirit is the spirit of a traveler that was killed while traveling through Williams some decades ago.
