Way back on the road that goes to the edge of the nat'l Forest there is an old log cabin that is part of the original Homestead of the area. This property was in our family for years but no longer is. Some family members would not spend the night in it ''for all the Rice in china''. I have spent some nights there and I can Tell     you it is haunted. What I saw when I was younger was a blueish glowing figure standing by the refrigerator very late one night. My brother was staying in the cabin with me and I woke him up to show him. He sleepily glanced at it and told me it was a reflection of some light from outside. He then went back to sleep. The thing is the curtains were closed and when I peeked outside there was no light that could cause any reflection. The glowing figure reMained for a few minutes and I put my head under the covers and willed myself to sleep somehow. I have   (continued on the next page...)
