    claims that this spirit is that of a local person who had a house here in Ashland before the present. One thing's for guaranteed, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that any sensible person would not want to come across.

The ghost of a civil war combatant is known to have been noticed on many instances going through garbage cans on an Ashland residential road. Whichever way, it certainly is a bloodcurdling spirit that you shouldn't go trying to locate.
