A lot of people who live here assert this phantom may well be a recognized past resident of Belt. The ghost of a teen girl has sometimes been seen pulling a dead body through some bushes in Castner Park in the early morning hours before sunrise. Regardless of what folks state, it's a scary ghost that you wouldn't want to meet before sunrise.
