I grew up in the Hamilton and Corvallis area, but mostly in Corvallis. Last month, on a short vacation, my husband and I traveled to my old home town to visit relatives, and also to show my husband around where I grew up.
On a drive, early in the afternoon, we passed by the old Corvallis cemetery. We looked over and noticed what looked like a little girl carrying some flowers, and walking among the grave memorials.

She was dressed in a long dress, and had on a bonnet. The clothing was somewhat dated, but not totally inappropriate for certain familys living
|
in the Bitterroot Valley.
We didn't immediately think it was a ghost, we just thought it was a little girl who was lost. There were no other cars in the area, so we went to a nearby house and knocked on the door.
A lady came to the door, we told her of the little girl. The lady just bacame very quiet, and said that there was nothing that anyone could do. She said that the little girl had been dead for years.
