I used to help wipe down the cars in the auto museum when I was a younger and every once in a while you got the feeling you were being watched. I hated what was called Bay 4 because every time I went down there I would hear growling and actually had something Chase me out of there. One Day I looked up from my work and actually saw a person sitting in the driver's     seat of one of the old cars. He stared back at me and disappeared. The state penitentiary was once located here, more or less in the center of town. A new prison was built several miles out of town several years ago, but the old facility remains here.
