When I was duck hunting there, with my brother, last winter,a? very big ground fog rolled-in along with some big fat Mallards...We stood up to shoot and everyone of the ducks took-on the shape of angels....Go-figure.

In 1962, I was driving toward Ingomar. Dusk was moving in from the East & I soon turned on my headlights. I saw a hitchhiker

walking along the Hwy, with a thumb out. I slowed down, rolled past the hitchhiker, and came to a stop. I waited for the walking man to hope
|
in. But he did not climb in my pickup. I looked back, and there was no one in sight, even though I had just passed by him 20 yards back. There are no trees in or around Ingomar, and there was not hitchhiker to be seen. The hair on my neck rose, and I left in a hurry.
