When seen the ghost came up       to the observer who then ran off. The ghost of an aged witch was observed staggering from home to home on a dark night on a Lloyd residential road. This specific phantom has been spotted time and again in this spot. A guy with a big hole through his chest was spotted surveying the scenery from the peak of Bird Tail Butte in the early   morning hours. There have been additional stories regarding this spirit in the neighborhood. Whatever people exclaim, this is an antagonistic ghost that is preferably not disturbed.
