My husband and I don't live in the Neihart area, we live in a large town 100 or so miles from this area, we travel through the canyon from time to time to visit realatives elsewhere in Montana. Late one autumn evening, during October of 2008, while traveling on highway 89 between Monarch and Neihart, we saw a young woman walking on the edge of the highway.
She was dressed in a nice dress, very pretty, but not like the outdoor wear that you would expect to

see a person wearing in this area. She turned and looked at us as we approached, my husband and I decided to stop and offer her a ride.
Her hair was beautiful blonde, and she was very pretty. She smelled faintlly of a tasteful

perfume. She got into the back set, and sweetly thanked my husband and I for giving her a ride. She was not very conversational, she just stated that she needed a lift to Neihart.
As we approached town, we asked her where we should let her off, she just said she would let us know. As we passed each Street while we were going through town, we would slow down a little, she would just say ''keep going.
