We were driving Early morning and coming from the direction of Power on 431. We got on i-15 towards great Falls when I said to my husband that I saw smoke. He said it was probably a car. Upon coming around a corner my husband and I both saw a Man standing by what looked like a pipe coming from out of the ground. He was leaning over and warming his hands     with the smoke/steam coming from the pipe. My husband said oh it's some Guy and at that moment I said ''uh what guy'' because he disapeared. Both me and my husband saw the Man and when we realize he was gone chills ran down our spine. I asked my husband if the Man he saw was wearing a Black Bernie and a darkgreen maybe Black jacket and he was leaning over warming his hands. My husband said that was exactly what he saw. I told him there coul have been a Black dog with ilhim because I thought I saw a small Black object but I was more focused on the man.   (continued on the next page...)
