Scores of ghost stories have been told by the residents. Several residents argue there are no ghosts, but the ghosts of Whitewater are out tonight trying to locate somebody to scare.

A fairly rotten human dead body may once in a while be observed carrying a human headbone up on Thoeny Hills. People declare that this spirit is that of a resident who resided here in Whitewater in the past. Anyhow, this spirit sure is menacing; one that any sane person wouldn't want to meet.

A woman alight, carrying a gasoline bottle was observed crying on the summit of one of the mountains in the Thoeny Hills around midnight. Many accounts of this ghost have been conveyed. A local resident alleges that this spirit loves terrifying foolish people who dare to upset the serenity in Whitewater.

    of a grower sporting a farmer hat was noticed by Randi Dam before sunrise staring at the water. Several folks in the vicinity have had similar happenings with a similar ghost.

The phantom of a young air force pilot appeared late at night scrutinizing Kennedy Coulee in detail. This is one of those ghosts that is made out very often close by.

A
  young-looking girl wearing a bloody prom dress was observed standing by a secluded highway near Whitewater. The onlooker fled after she spotted the ghost. Several of the people who live here argue this ghost takes pleasure in frightening unwise folks who come seeking ghosts in Whitewater.
