In any event, it's a terrifying ghost that any rational person would not want to encounter. A female holding her head underneath her arm is repeatedly perceived glancing across Wallrock Basin   at midnight. The phantom of a young lady sporting a blood-splattered prom dress has been said to have been observed on several instances in the backseat of a Chrysler by the driver witnessing the phantom in her rear view mirror after midnight.
