A person with a skeleton face dressed in dark robes materialized staring at the water by Lake Ilo Dam on a dark night. The spirit was swallowed by the air after being observed. Well, this is a bad phantom that any commonsensical person wouldn't want to come across. A wandering spirit was spotted outside the entrance to Little Missouri State Park trashing a hat.
