I used to live Down Town Fargo within running distance of the Main Ave bridge leading to Moorhead. One day I walked down to the bridge to run some stairs. At the bottom of the stairs is a grassy area with what looks to be a mini running track. I was walking around the track (with iPod) when I hear someone walking behind me. I glanced over my shoulder to see an elderly woman walking, not paying much attention I began to jog slowly so I wasn't to close to her.
Suddenly I hear the lady pick up her speed, she is running right behind me breathing on my neck. So I turned my pace into a run and the same thing I heard her pick up her speed and run faster breathing on the back of my neck. Suddenly I just burst out into a sprint and she was still right behind me!!!! I started to get freaked out so I suddenly stopped and spun around as fast as I could! And Nothing!!!! No one was anywhere in sight!!! I ran up the bridge steps as fast as I could to get a birds eye view and nothing! There was no one around, I was completely alone! And then it dawned on me when I took that first glance at the woman behind me I never thought about what she was wearing until now.... A Little House on the Prairie dress holding a bonnet in her hand!.

Blocksix building restaurant in basement late 1970s, spirit in wedding dress with veil floated out of wall spoke with me pointed to spot at bottom of wall where she said money was located. Told owners of restaurant. They broke dry wall open and found gold coins.
