The library in Harvey is haunted. At night, books are pulled from the shelves and thrown on the floor. Computers won't work correctly during the evening or night. Lights flick on and off. The woman who lived there before it was a library was murdered by her husband and on what would have been her birthday, her home was turned into a library.
