A man lacking a head was witnessed taking in the scenery at Silver Lake Dam late in the night. This spirit is enormously active in this neighborhood; there have been a few additional accounts of this precise spirit. Residents who have seen this ghost assert this ghost is that of a person who had a house here in Havana in the past.

An extremely frightening spirit was observed walking a Rottweiler at the stroke of midnight on a gloomy Havana residential road. This is one of those ghosts that is spotted often in close proximity.
