I was the City Auditor in Larimore and lived in Earl and Myrl Sickles house at 423 3rd Street. It was late October, 1971 and I woke about 1-2 AM to go to the bathroom. While sitting in the bathroom I looked up and standing in the hallway, stood a lady in a black chiffon gown, that appeared to flow as though blowing in the wind. At the time I was     very frightened and feared telling anyone, for fear they would think I was crazy and risk loosing my elected position as City Auditor. It wasn't until the following January 1972, that I found out who it was. It was my Aunt Ann, my mother's sister, who had been murdered in her home in Virginia. I am from Virginia and moved back to Virginia in May of 1973. I still didn't tell anyone about the sighting in Larimore. The night I saw her was after she had been murdered and before she had been found murdered. Her mouth was moving, but I could not hear her or read her   (continued on the next page...)
