Minot Afb, North Dakota Ghost Tales When I was stationed in Minot AFB, in 2005 a co-worker and I we planning what we were going to do for the night. Since we were on night shift, it was just us two, Doors in that building in the Muns AGE shop were so creaky you know who came in and left by their loud noise. As we were discussing a game plan for the nights work, we heard a loud slam, of a locker, and waited for a door to open and slam. It never happened. I went to look and saw only one locker door was open, it was mine, wide open. And these lockers lock and mine was locked. Just was an odd experience. It didn't stop there for the night. The grates on the floor were making sounds as if someone was walking on them. I would pop my head up and no one would be there. Weird thing was, it seemed to walk closer to me and then it seemed to have stopped about 10 feet from me. I wasn't scared, I kind of looked at it and someone here to help or keep me company. I did talk to other people about it, and then I got told about how the base has other things that have gone on, to the Dispatch       AGE shop having the sighting of full body apparition walking down a walk way to one of empty rooms to disappear. Or the Crew Chief who walks abound one of the planes doing his duties to nothing but a parked jet. The base has history. A female without a head has been spotted on a handful of instances wandering through a trailer in the vicinity of Minot Afb. In any event, this is an unpleasant ghost that you shouldn't go seeking.
