    vacant building in Pekin. This is one of those spirits that is observed repeatedly nearby. Whatever people verbalize, it is certainly a scary ghost that is better not disrupted.

The ghost of a gentleman with numbers etched into his cheek materialized standing by a wild road outside Pekin. The watcher fled when she noticed the spirit.
