When I was a senior in VC High School I would occasionally use the small bathroom on the NW side of the school by the home ec room. One day I was in the stall and all of a sudden the lights went out. Then in the stall next to me I heard the toilet paper roll unraveling really fast.
I looked under the stall but no one was in there. I hurried and opened the stall and there in the mirror in front of me I could've sworn that I saw something move really fast behind me. I looked but again no one was there.
There was also no one in the stalls either. I rushed out of the bathroom and I grabbed my sister and brought her in there. I was only out of the bathroom for a span of a minute and I didn't see anyone go in or out of the bathroom.|
When we got in there the lights were on again but there was toilet paper all over the floor in the stall next to where I was at. I always had an eerie feeling in that bathroom to begin with but with that happening the feeling got so much worse.

Rumor has it that the old broken road is haunted by a ghost dog. A few people have said they'd seen a dog with red glowing eyes come at them, when it gets right in front of them it disappears. It may be a rumor but considering that other stranger things have happened in this town it might be true.
