In the early 80s I was a pianist in a travelling C&W band from Oklahoma known as George Guinn and the General Store Band. One of our gigs was a two-week stint at a place called the Missouri Club in Williston, ND. From the time we loaded in we were told the place was haunted and were told of beer signs turning themselves on and off by themselves and salad erupting out of its serving bowl in the restaurant, and so on.

at first and just moved into the second floor apartment that was reserved for the entertainment, but soon after things started happening. First, our duct

tape that we used to secure cables onstage came up missing. We searched the apartment with no success. Then days later we finally located it between the mattress and box spring of a bed in one of the bedrooms.
Second, in the kitchen, one of the burners on the gas stove was missing its handle. One night as I went through the kitchen on my way to the bathroom, I looked at the stove, and there was a skillet with grease in on top of a lit burner. It
