A       female with maggots crawling out of her eye sockets came into view browsing through a bookshelf in the living room of a Willow City mobile home around midnight. The phantom didn't appear to be agonized by the watchers. Any which way, this ghost undeniably is scary; one that should be left alone. The ghost of a chained up woman was witnessed conversing into the night outside the entrance to Ft. Stevenson State Park.
