I have been down spook road more than once and each time I go down that road I am always with 1 or more of my friends. My friends Kermit, Chantel, Billie, my boyfriend at the time mike and I all decided to go down and go into the grave sight. Now this being my very first time into the grave yard I stayed close by my friend Kermit. Mike went off on his own. We were all standing around the old Chapman grave which to this day none of us know why. Its like we were drawn to it. Mike on the other hand was off trying to get the name off another head stone that none of then even knew was there before. One minute everything was fine and the next this huge freakin like lightning bolt or what ever hit the ground in front of mike. It wasn't raining its wasn't humid so your guess is as good as mine. Well that scared all of us to the point of we all went back to the car. As we were headed out our car died. There was a young girl standing in front of us. She was dressed in a white wedding gown just staring at us like she wanted something or noticed

something we didn't. She stayed in front of our car for about 10 minutes and then just left. She left the car started back up. I have encountered many spirits out there like the cat that's out there that looks normal till you get close up and then its crawling with bugs and its fur is shredded and matted. I have seen animal nailed to the trees one

minute and then next they are gone. The little girls that died out there by the creek. Most of the spirits/ghosts out there don't hurt you, but there are some who would just assume you be dead before letting you in or out of that grave yard. Keep at watchful eye for the disappearing and reappearing farm house. Just don't get out of the car to look. You could end up lost.

I grew up in California but My family lives in Sioux Falls and in Beresford. I have a good friend that lives out there so I called him up and told him I was coming out to visit and I wanted to know if he knew anything about Spooks Cemetery, I had been there once when I was 14. he looked it up and when we went out there we had loads of crazy experiences. The same that David mentioned but we also had a few more. We were parked and about to go to the cemetery, when we are attacked by something not human. I got so scared I ran back to the car got in and couldn't believe what was happening.

I thought I was going to die, it was around 12:30 - 1 am. We had the same experiences with the car the bridge thing is definitely true, and when we got off on the second bridge where supposedly two men hung themselves or were hung, we had a creepy feeling of being watched. I want to go back out there when I visit this July but my last experience felt so life threatening, though I have been out there every time I have been back, that last time made me think twice. don't know if I can brave it again, I seriously felt like death was upon me.
