The phantom of a young woman covered in blood has repeatedly been seen pulling a cadaver from the chilly water of Blacktail Creek after midnight. Whatever folks articulate, this spirit unquestionably is bloodcurdling; one that should be kept away from. The phantom of an aged witch is   repeatedly spotted in a flat next to Oglala. A local argues that this ghost may very well be a famous old days native of Oglala. One thing's for certain, this is a hostile ghost that you wouldn't wish to meet at midnight.
