A pitch black crow that shifted shape into a lady has frequently been observed at Black Hills RC and D Stabilization Dam in the early morning hours   before sunrise yelling at the witness to stay away. One of the local residents firmly asserts that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Saint Onge in the past. Well, it's sure a creepy ghost that you don't want to meet before sunrise. The phantom of a down-and-out gentleman is rumored to have been spotted on a few instances going bananas very late at night by a vending machine in Saint Onge.
