I posted another story talking about my yard and the second house that nobody lived in. This is similar to that story but occurred at a different time. My parents siblings family friend and I were all outside playing catch with a baseball about three years ago and I was asked to run in the house and grab another baseball glove.
Now I didn't like going into the house especially not alone because the friend (don't want to say names here) his mother passed away in the back bedroom not that long before. Still I went into the house slowly afraid of ''seeing or hearing something that wasn't there'' I guess.
But I walked into the house closed the door behind me and headed for the back of the trailer to the bedroom to get that glove. When I opened the door to the back bedroom I instantly felt my heart start to race and it got harder to breathe.

I almost felt paralyzed standing there short of breath. heart racing. eyes staring blankly into the room at the bed. I finally got enough courage to head towards the closet where I could see the glove sitting on the top shelf.

I reached up grabbed the glove and quickly headed towards the door. On my way to the door I felt like someone was watching me or coming towards me. My heart was racing again and I was panicking so I shut the door and started running down the hallway to get out of the house as quick as possible.
As I ran through the living room I swore I could hear someone behind me like they were trying to make me slow down or get my attention. Luckily for me I didn't take the time to slow down I just ran out the door shut it quick and ran down the ramp towards everyone else.
I told my mom about how I felt when I went into the room as well as how I felt heading out of the house and she just looked at me like I was overreacting... Was I? Hard to believe I was ''imagining'' things especially when someone passed away in that house not too long before that and I was somewhat close to her.
