I've seen a woman standing in a white wedding dress in between the lights on top of the at Friendship park. And I've also seen a man on the river at Friendship park. That disappears in the dam.

Comment by Brian: I moved to the area in 2008 from Kenosha WI. I lived in a house down there with something else up in the attic walking around at night. We got used to it because it did us no harm. When I got here I felt like there were spirits that roamed the earth around the cemeteries on HWY 13. I've seen very strange fog on 13 similar to what you see in movies ghostly fog. Never saw it like that anyplace else. I know winding 2-Lane roads like 13 have had many crashes and deaths where people suddenly lost there lives. I think some still roam the HWY at night.
