He has black hair and a beard. If they pass him by they are sure to see him again about a mile later. If anyone stops to pick him up he disappears and is not seen again. My son and I were nearing the top of the hill when he said someone was just out there. I looked in my mirrors and saw no one. He claims that the man had a green coat and a backpack.
