I have lived in Belleville since '34 and I've seen my fare share of ghosts in my lifetime, but growing up in that house that's down on 69, well I lived in that house from when I was about 9 to a little after my 14th birthday but back when, birthdays weren't anything special if it weren't your 10 or 18 birthday.
