Story is that the two men were traveling through black river falls when there car had broken down. As they started to walk  to the nearest  town another man had picked them up, and instead of giving them a ride into town, he murdered the two men and discarded there bodies into the swamp. Today if you happen to see these two men would most likely to happen in your back seat  without you knowing till you hit the town line and they ask to get out here. Otherwise the men, one wearing a hat and the other wearing a long coat and carrying a briefcase can be seen waving in the swamp at passing cars.
