Private Residence- The former owner/designer of a house died in a nursing home. While he was alive, he warned the new owners not to touch any of the electrical things in the home, namely the cable, speaker wires, lights, and central vacuum. fixtures, floors, paint, etc) and the spirit of the original owner refuses to leave. Though he is not harmful and has not been seen, he has

been heard coughing loudly and will move the personal belongings of the person he is playing around with/upset with. The family knows of the ghost's existence and doesn't mind as they always get their things back, they just have to tell him to, ''knock it off,'' or ask ''can I have my (item) back, please?'' Even entertaining the spirit's playful attitude works, ''very funny, now put my (item) back''.
