Well when i was walking outside in the dark with my friend rhiannon we heard footsteps behind us, we turned around but nobody was there then when we went to turn our heads back around there was a man in a big black trench coat we started running and we looked back and saw him for a second then he vanished. We were on madison street right next to the red house where a man had died...

One halloween night in 1998, we were walking down twin bridge road outside of cuba city when we saw a man hanging from the trees with his legs cut off. when we approached him he vanished. there have been many reports of this scary man.

A scary beast was witnessed in a mirror in a Cuba City trailer; the ghost was exclusively noticeable in the mirror. Additional people in close proximity have had identical occurrences with a very similar ghost.

Some of the folks here say this phantom is the undeceased spirit of a long departed Cuba City resident. One thing's for guaranteed, this is a hostile ghost that is better not disrupted.
The ghost of a gentleman dressed in a law enforcement uniform has purportedly been perceived on a few instances seeking a photo next to a parked Toyota in a Cuba City parking lot before sunrise. According to the locals, this spirit is the spirit of a traveler that was killed while driving through Cuba City some time ago.
The spirit of an aged man with a big white mustache can repeatedly be spotted in a Cuba City area shoe store, striding the aisles. If you listen to what the locals argue, this ghost takes pleasure in terrifying foolhardy folks who have the nerve to disturb the serenity in Cuba City. Nevertheless, it's a chilling ghost that you wouldn't want to come across before sunrise.
