Residents say that this phantom is probably the tormented phantom of a person who used to live here in Elcho. A young-looking girl having on a blood-splattered prom dress showed up suspended in the air like a cloud       in Elcho. The appearance of the bystander terrified the phantom who then vanished. A local resident asserts that this ghost is the struggling soul of a former Elcho person who lived here. A lady with a blue-green face was seen looking in the middle of Lost Creek. The phantom spoke about avenging a slaying. Well, it's a chilling ghost that you   wouldn't wish to come across around midnight. A gentleman having a machete in his head was seen trying to seize something next to the water at Chicago Point. The eye witness was frightened and ran away. One of the folks who live here determinedly asserts that this phantom is the phantom of a visitor that was murdered while driving through Elcho a long time ago.
